“Smultronstället is a blend of young and old spontaneously fermented golden ale aged in oak barrels and refermented with ripe local strawberries. Each individual berry was carefully triaged for quality before being crushed and added to aged beer for spontaneous refermentation. "Don't be afraid of the wind.
