See the label on the can before you print it
Drop your label art, turn it on a real-proportioned can, stand it next to the cans it will share a shelf with, and export a turning video for launch day. Your art never leaves this device — nothing is uploaded, and closing the tab clears it.
Drag to turn. Transparent areas in your file show as bare aluminium.
Before you file the COLA
A self-check. Can Proof doesn't read your artwork, and this isn't label approval — TTB approves labels, on the COLA. The federal list, with the rule behind each line:
The name under which the malt beverage is sold, on the brand label.
The class (e.g. beer, ale, lager, stout, IPA per trade understanding) or a distinctive designation with a truthful statement of composition.
Optional federally for most malt beverages but mandatory in several states and whenever the Studio brief supplies it; format 'X% ALC./VOL.' (tolerance ±0.3%). The Studio always places it — omission is a per-state decision above our pay grade.
US fluid ounces (or pints/quarts/gallons) — e.g. '16 FL. OZ.' May be blown into the container for bottles; the Studio places it on the label.
For domestic malt beverages: the bottler/producer's name and the city and state of the bottling location, preceded by a truthful phrase such as 'BREWED AND CANNED BY'.
The exact statutory text, verbatim. 'GOVERNMENT WARNING' in capitals and bold; the statement separate and apart from other information, on a contrasting background. Type size for containers over 237ml up to 3L: minimum 2mm, maximum 25 characters per inch.
