From the label

THAT OBSCURE OBJECT OF DESIRE is a blend of one-, two-, and three-year-old golden ales aged in oak barrels, with the two year component matured in Oloroso sherry butts. The final blend was an average of two years old at bottling, at which point it naturally refermented for carbonation with NJ wildflower honey. But the priest desires. The philosopher desires. And not to have is the beginning of desire. To have what is not is its ancient cycle. -WALLACE STEVENS 100% spontaneously fermented ale aged in oak barrels and refermented with honey
