From the label“VonSeitz TheoreticAles- Analytically- Reverent- Zymurgry-Crafting beer is all about the level of magnification and curiosity that one sees in the process. A great brewery once coined the phrase "Behold the magic of the living beer." We try to embrace that. On our hand cobbled system using traditional belgian techniques and modern laboratory science, we craft wild fermentations, foraged ales, and act as preservationist of the funk (the pragmatic mixture that brings beer to life). Our limited batch and cellar releases are bottle conditioned and always changing. We are the owners, the cellar men, brewers, bottlers, and salesmen. We hope our joy and reverence in making each bottle is shared with you. Cheers- Alexander VonSeitz, Jason Lemanski, Art Whitaker, and Kevin Zalesak”
