From the label“Our Barrel family is fermented with a variety of yeast strains and aged in wine and spirit barrels. These are very small batch blends from our Barrel House that we have selected to showcase different woods, yeasts, and recipes. Extremely limited, some batches are as small as one or two barrels, and represent a particular expression and synergy of the various barrels and variety of liquids we find interesting. Visit our website for batch details of each release:”
