From the label“MONT SAINTE-VICTOIRE is our spontaneous impression of the monolith of saison. This second depiction is composed of different batches of saison aged five to eighteen months in oak barrels, brewed with NJ wheat, rye, and hand-harvested spelt. "Cézanne— The only realism in art is of the imagination. It is only thus that the work escapes plagiarism after nature and becomes a creation" -William Carlos Williams”
