From the label“Le mur (Rum Barrel-Aged) is our blackberry spontaneously fermented golden ale aged in rum barrels. Bottled unblended from a single rum barrel comprised of 1.5-year-old golden ale refermented with fresh, whole, ripe to overripe NJ blackberries. More a story of exceptional fruit than barrel character, these particular berries were grown with care at Happy Valley Berry Farm in South Jersey and macerated for ten weeks in the barrel.
