This is the 6th of 15 labels we have from Alesong Brewing & Blending. It is one of 154 fruited sour labels approved in October 2019. Its label was approved 14 days after it was submitted. The label carries barrel-aged on the front.
From the label“Mirabelle plums, grown next door at King Estate Winery, were added to our blonde sour base and left to mature for 9 months. Small, yet packed with bright juice, these plums add a unique fruit flavor to this complex wild ale, providing us with a reminder that summer never has to end. Like a song, each beer is our expression; the enjoyment and interpretation is yours.”
