From the label“Fruit Farm 2019 began its journey as a blend of oak fermented and aged ales that was racked atop estate grown Pinot Noir from Iris Vineyards. The native yeast from the fruit began the process of re-fermentation as beer and grape harmoniously melded. Our 2019 vintage presents itself as deep purple in color with a nose that evokes effervescent notes of plum and huckleberry. The sparkling carbonation and acidity dance across the palate while delivering waves of fresh jam and sweet cherry with a hint of vanilla finishing each sip.”
