This is the 4th of 5 labels we have from Oakshire Brewing. It is one of 78 wild / brett / lambic-style labels approved in October 2019. Its label was approved 20 days after it was submitted. The label carries fruited on the front.
From the label“Fruit Farm 2019 began its journey as a blend of oak fermented and aged ales that was racked atop estate grown Pinot Noir from Iris Vineyards. The native yeast from the fruit began the process of re-fermentation as beer and grape harmoniously melded. Our 2019 vintage presents itself as deep purple in color with a nose that evokes effervescent notes of plum and huckleberry. The sparkling carbonation and acidity dance across the palate while delivering waves of fresh jam and sweet cherry with a hint of vanilla finishing each sip.”
