“Speciation Artisan Ales creates wild ales intended to be a reflection of nature's diversity. Each beer is open fermented with our house microbes, which were sourced from the wild as well as our favorite yeast labs. Our grist consists mostly of MI-grown grains from local maltsters. Chill thoroughly before opening. Cellar in a cool, dark place to experience the evolution of this beer over the years.”
