From the label“THIS BEER WAS MADE WITH OVER 250 LBS OF PEARS SOURCED FROM ONE SINGLE TREE IN SOUTHERN ILLINOIS BELIEVED TO BE OVER 100 YEARS OLD. CO-FERMENTED WITH THE PEARS FOR OVER 6 MONTHS, THIS BEER HAS THE NATURAL FLAVOR PROFILE AND ACIDITY OF THIS SPECIAL FRUIT.”
