From the label“Keg collar explicitly states 'Other: Barrel-Aged Burdock Ale brewed with burdock'. The label describes it as 'Ale brewed with burdock' and the product is barrel-aged. While the TTB class is 906 (specialty malt beverage), the label presents this as a beer with herbal/root adjuncts (burdock), not a non-beer product. The barrel-aged descriptor and strong ale character (inferred from the specialty designation and burdock brewing tradition) suggest barleywine or strong ale territory.
