From the label“This is the lagered version of our farmhouse beer, brewed with a winter concoction of 49 different leaves, roots, bark, fruit, and funghi, heavy on the spicy, citrusy branches of the winter season. Crisp from the cold fermentation with an array of light herbal notes, and a cooling, dry orange-peel-like finish.”
