“Bottle-conditioned ale brewed with lemon basil, sweet basil, and holy basil from our garden malt from Sugar Creek malt, and Illinois-grown hops for bittering. This beer's aroma comes from basil rather than hops, but plays with the chemical compounds present in both. Bright basil and lemon aroma that tastes fresh now but stands up well to aging.”
