This is the 10th of 43 filings we hold from Confluence Brewing Company. It is one of 38 oktoberfest / märzen labels approved in June 2026. It cleared 5 days after it was filed. The label carries the Brewers Association independent seal.
A stylized torso wearing traditional Bavarian lederhosen dominates the front, rendered in pen-and-ink with detailed cross-hatching and ornamental flourishes. The figure's chest displays a red heart and the Confluence Brewing Company name, while hop vines and wheat motifs frame the composition in a symmetrical arrangement. The palette is peach, oxblood red, sage green, and dark brown against a dotted maroon background, with "LAGER LIFE" prominently lettered across a banner spanning the lower half.
From the label“Lager Life, German-Style Festbier Once you fully embrace the Lager Life, it becomes apparent that a single crisp, clean, and brilliantly clear brew is not enough for a proper Oktoberfest celebration. Naturally, we grabbed our good friends at Lua—who are themselves rigorous adherents to the tenets of the Lager Life—to help us brew up a companion to our regularly scheduled Märzen. Full-bodied, malty, and balanced, Märzen was named the official beer of Oktoberfest in 1872, but—because the only constant in life is change—Festbier took over the German celebration in the 1990s. Still malty, though not as rich or golden in color, the Festbier is a more sessionable version of the Märzen, well-suited for long festival days. Now, with the help of our lager-loving friends, we don't have to pick a favorite. Only one challenge remains: how will we hold on to our brat and pretzel? Prost!”
