From the label“KYRIE is our spontaneously fermented Berliner Messe aged in oak barrels and refermented with red fruit. This second 2017 harvest bottling was refermented in the barrel atop "spent" PA Montmorency & NY Balaton sour cherries, with the addition of whole NJ raspberries.
