From the label“This batch of our Russian Imperial Stout was brewed on November 18th, 2025 and was then transferred post fermentation into a freshly dumped Crater Lake agave spirit barrel on December 31st, 2025. Over the next ten months, this stout has matured fabulously in the barrel picking up notes of vanilla, coffee, dark chocolate, agave, oak and coconut.”
