From the label

We are very proud of this second anniversary imperial stout! This oak aged beer is jet black with a caramel colored head that coats the glass with each sip. The aroma has notes of bourbon and vanilla, lending way to a complex flavor profile with hints of coffee, chocolate, raisins, and bourbon that marry perfectly with heavily roasted malts. Balanced by a pleasant warmth and just enough sweetness, the extended aging period in American oak barrels, allow the bold flavors to mellow and blend into something that is truly special.
