From the label“Introducing our first barrel-aged project: an imperial stout aged in Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels for 24 months. The mash was so thick, it actually snapped our oak mash paddle. The result is a full-bodied imperial stout that boasts strong notes of oak, vanilla, roasted malts, dark chocolate, & coffee. We recommend consuming this beer at 55-60 degrees in a snifter for the optimal sensory experience.”
