From the label“Algonquin for "Big Rock" and the namesake of an iconic Adirondack Great Camp, Wawbeek is our interpretation of a classic Belgian Witbier. Fermented with traditional German ale yeast after being steeped with freshly ground coriander seed and bitter orange peel for a naturally hazy, straw-colored wheat beer bursting with aromas of citrus and banana.”
