Where this comes from
Read from the label art by Hop Grail. Fields checked against the approved label. How we get this data
From the label“Cooked at 70 is a hazy Northeast India Pale Ale brewed with Hudson Valley Pale and Pilsner malts with a touch of white wheat for a soft pillowy mouthfeel. Generous additions of whirlpool and dry-hop additions create bold aromas of pineapple, stone fruit, citrus, and classic dank resinous pine. It finishes juicy, smooth, and remarkably drinkable.”

The label names its hops — Cascade, Mosaic, Simcoe… — which is enough for a real starting point.
