Where this comes from
Read from the label art by Hop Grail. Fields checked against the approved label. How we get this data
From the label“An authentically American Cream Ale with deep Northeast roots that survived Prohibition. Brewski is brewed with Hudson Valley Pilsner and Vienna malts alongside flaked corn, creating a light-bodied, highly carbonated, and exceptionally refreshing beer. With slightly more malt character than traditional examples, it's smooth, approachable, and proof that simple beers can be full of character.”

The label names its hops — Centennial, Hallertau — which is enough for a real starting point.
