Not spotted yet. We'll write the day it is.

One email when it's first spotted — on a list we check, in a scan, or in the brewery's announcement. Nothing else, and a stop link in it.

About this beer

This is the 4th of 6 labels we have from Tonewood Brewing. It is one of 77 american pale ale labels approved in August 2026. Its label was approved 2 days after it was submitted. The label names 3 hops — Citra, Mosaic and Riwaka. The label carries the Brewers Association independent seal.

The artwork

A detailed pen-and-ink illustration dominates the centre, depicting a skeletal hand holding a trowel surrounded by botanical elements — flowering plants, wheat, and radiating geometric ornaments — enclosed within a rectangular frame built from stacked letters spelling 'REFRET'. The composition is symmetrical and densely patterned, printed in white linework against a black ground. Wheat-stalk emblems appear in the upper corners and along the left edge; the brewery's 'Second District' logotype and 'Beer for Life' tagline anchor the composition at top and sides.

Brew it

The label names its hops (Citra, Mosaic, Riwaka), which is enough for a real starting point.
