A tilted black rectangle occupies the centre of a burnt-orange field, functioning as a visual anchor between the brewery name above and the beer name below. The label is predominantly typographic, with 'twelvennote' and 'BREW CO.' in heavy sans-serif capitals at the top, and 'That Punk Gone Bitter' with its style descriptor positioned in the lower half.
