The label features a full-bleed diamonded checkerboard pattern in sky blue and cream that warps across the entire field as if stretched around a sphere. The word "OOMPAHROO!" dominates the centre in chunky, rounded geometric sans-serif capitals rendered in solid black, with "MÄRZEN-STYLE LAGER" and "SEASONAL COMPOSITION" set in smaller sans-serif below. The brewery masthead "twelvenote BREW CO." sits at the top in black sans-serif. Regulatory and tasting-note panels occupy the left and right edges. The finish is flat matte.
