The artwork

A rigid airship floats across a radiant blue sunburst, rendered in engraving style with fine linear hatching and technical precision. The envelope bears "HANGAR 24" in gold lettering, with two small aircraft silhouettes in flight beside it. Below the airship, "Oktoberfest" appears in a decorative blackletter face, flanked by a blue-and-white Bavarian flag bunting and a single hop flower icon.
