A manta ray rendered in pen-and-ink line work dominates the center of the label, shown from above with wings spread and tail curved, surrounded by small black silhouettes of diving manta rays in flight. The beer name "AGUA MALA" appears vertically in large teal capitals down the left side, with "MANTARRAYA OATMEAL STOUT" in black type below the main illustration. The label is cream-coloured with teal, black, and white as the only inks, and includes award badges and regulatory information on the right margin.
