From the label“The Spontaneous Project took our brewers to a variety of locations in and around Bloomington to cultivate microflora that we could use during the fermentation process of our sour ales. Panorama is a blend of two of the first beers we created, Sky and Forest. Cultivated at the Scenic View Lodge and Hickory Ridge Fire Tower in Hoosier National Forest, the combination of these microorganisms added during fermentation of Basil creates a rich and complex beer. You'll experience aromas of barnyard funk and fruit with tart, earthy flavors. Panorama finishes dry and clean on your palate.”
