About this beer
This is the 10th of 10 labels we have from Forbidden Root. It is one of 10 rye beer labels approved in October 2019. Its label was approved 14 days after it was submitted. The label names 3 hops — Mosaic, Citra and El Dorado, and carries dry-hopped on the front. The label carries the Brewers Association independent seal.
From the label“Over on his side of the boat, he saw a number of black swans lolling on the water off Montrose Harbor, like black flowers, sweating and shimmering in the heat, rising and falling, tidally, with the waves in slow, linen-like motion. He remembered this is when he started to sing a Merle Haggard song as loud as he could at this, and every other night.”
Brew it
The label names its hops (Mosaic, Citra, El Dorado), which is enough for a real starting point.
