This is the 3rd of 86 labels we have from Tree House Brewing Company. It is one of 32 double / imperial ipa labels approved in May 2026. Its label was approved 14 days after it was submitted. The label names 3 hops — Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado.
A hand-drawn map of the Pacific Northwest occupies the centre, showing Washington's Yakima Valley and Oregon's Willamette Valley in muted greens and yellows, with a vintage van illustration crossing between the two regions. The brewery name curves in script across the upper portion in teal and rust, while the beer name appears in large rust-coloured serif lettering below the map. A compass rose in rust sits to the upper left, and decorative swirling wheat-stalk motifs in cream frame the composition. The label is printed on a cream-coloured ground with visible texture suggesting aged paper or parchment.
From the label“Odd Couple pours a glowing orange hue and utilizes a hand-selected blend from the Yakima Valley. Citra and Mosaic create pungent aromas of grapefruit peel, mango juice, blueberry smoothies, and fresh OJ. Hand-selected El Dorado then lends sweet notes of ripe pineapple, cherry Jolly Ranchers, and mango Hi-Chews. El Dorado rose to fame back when we were still homebrewing. While ideal for bittering, its aroma was ahead of its time—bursting with tropical candy notes that hinted at the juicy direction hops were heading. Similarly, Citra and Mosaic pushed the perception of hoppy beer beyond pine and bitterness into vivid, fruit-forward territory. These two different types of sweet helped spark a hoppy revolution. Odd Couple sits at the intersection of brewing history and terroir, science and art, and the symbiotic relationship between makers and growers. Enjoy!”
