This is the 12th of 16 label filings we hold from Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales. It is one of 78 wild / brett / lambic-style labels approved in October 2019. It cleared 20 days after it was filed. The label carries barrel-aged on the front.
From the label“This is our sixth release of Perseguidor, a mixed barrel blend. We worked alongside our friends from Revelry and Off-Color Brewing to hand-select some of our finest barrels for this special concoction together. With some selections aged up to 36 months in Firestone Walker barrels and others no less than 8 months in bourbon barrels, this blend reflects our versatility, and never ending pursuit and passion for perfection, in every bottle. As always; unfiltered, unpasteurized, and naturally delicious. Not a single beer, but rather a journey into taste!”
