“This spontaneous fermentation, wet hop sour ale was Barrel Aged in a Buffalo Trace Barrel for ten months. It has a golden, crystal appearance. It hits first with a strong acidic punch and ends with a dry finish. Our brewery is built on the same land our grandfather built his homestead on over 100 years ago. Visit us and see why we call South Dakota, home.”
