This is the 2nd of 6 label filings we hold from A Homestead Brew. It is one of 78 wild / brett / lambic-style labels approved in October 2019. It cleared 18 days after it was filed. The label carries barrel-aged on the front. The label carries the Brewers Association independent seal.
From the label“This spontaneous fermentation, wet hop sour ale was Barrel Aged in a Buffalo Trace Barrel for ten months. It has a golden, crystal appearance. It hits first with a strong acidic punch and ends with a dry finish. Our brewery is built on the same land our grandfather built his homestead on over 100 years ago. Visit us and see why we call South Dakota, home.”
