This is the 3rd of 7 labels we have from A Homestead Brew. It is one of 40 wild / brett / lambic-style labels approved in November 2019. Its label was approved 13 days after it was submitted. The label carries barrel-aged on the front. The label carries the Brewers Association independent seal.
From the label“This Flanders Style Red Ale was aged in French oak barrels that had previously held red wine. Conditioned on Frontenac grapes, this living sour is dark red in color and crystal clear. Sweet, fruity grape flavors burst out. Tannin qualities leave a deep acidic finish. Our brewery is built on the same land our grandfather built his homestead on over 100 years ago. Visit us and see why we call South Dakota, home.”
