From the label

“Fox Run is a Bavarian-style Helles conditioned on sugar maple wood spirals. A blend of Barke Pilsner and Munich melts, heirloom grains conjure rich notes of honey-nut bread crust, maple-soaked toast, and toasted grains. Sugar maple then transforms the sweetness with a lingering note of woody spice and a hint of fresh maple syrup. First, there must have been a pencil sketching on a pad, faintly remembering its life as a branch up top. Next, trunks were shoved into angles and raised once again toward the sky. The stones followed suit in the shape of a chimney, and the windows let the forest light come and go as it pleased. This small patch on Fox Run Road, in the woods, built of the woods, wrapped joyfully in the shade of the days to come.”
