From the label“'Mixed Greens' features a rotating selection of the most aromatic hops we can find from each harvest. Some of which we don't use that often but were too good to pass up on. Pink is a recent release from Jackson Hop Farm in Idaho. Bright red fruit aromatics when used in the dry hop. A great supporting hop that we were excited to incorporate. Idaho Gem hails from Gooding Farms in Idaho. This lot was picked later than usual which resulted in heightened black cherry and tropical aromatics. Zumo is a new hop released by Segal Ranch, a grower in Yakima which helped pioneer Cascade in the 1970's. Expect aromas of bright citrus and decadent lime zest. And Barbe Rouge! Our favorite French varietal translated as 'red beard'. What were those guys thinking...”
