From the label“Featuring Willamette Promise barley from Westwood and Goschie Farms in Oregon. This grain is a cross between the historic UK barley, Golden Promise and an Oregon State cultivar. Developed with flavor, nutrition and soil in mind instead of brewhouse efficiency and yield. Reminiscent of honeydew, white cake and raw honey. We use a traditional step mash program to maximize fermentability and promote a clean mouthfeel. Pours clear and golden with an elegant mousse.”
