From the label“Proudly brewed with premium single origin Butta 12 barley from California. We delicately apply Hallertau Mittlefruh hops from Seitz Farm at three times during the process in both T90 and whole cone format. Reminiscent of honeydew, white cake and raw honey. We use a traditional step mash program to maximize fermentability and promote a clean mouthfeel. Pours clear and golden with an elegant mousse.”
