From the label

“The Beholders is made with craft malted heirloom grains and old world hops. This rustic lager features notes of toasted brown bread, sweet honeysuckle, and subtle whisps of baking spices contributed by the heavy use of Rye, a staple food of the old norse diet. Cold conditioned in the old ways for optimum flavor and supreme drinkability, it's a timeless lager to make your memories around.”
