From the label“Bright and inviting, Island Meringue brings a tropical twist to a classic treat. This barrel-aged sour blonde ale offers aromas of creamy vanilla, coconut, and toasted caramel. Notes of coconut and toasted graham cracker meet a gentle tartness across a rich, medium-bodied palate with a long finish. Perfect with coconut shrimp or blackened fish tacos.”
