The artwork
A radiating sunburst of gold and cream rays bursts outward from a central white V-shape, which frames a pair of brass scales suspended against a dark wood-grain background. The composition is symmetrical and geometric, with the scales centred within the V and surrounded by alternating wedges of gold and deep purple.
