Bursting with aromas of citrus, tropical fruit, and woody pine from a heavy-handed dry hop of Elani, El Dorado, and Centennial hops. Late kettle additions of Amarillo and Centennial boost the hop profile with undertones of grapefruit and orange zest. This is the 15th of 15 labels we have from Ithaca Beer Co. It is one of 8 cold ipa labels approved in August 2026. It was submitted and approved the same day. The label names 4 hops — Elani, El Dorado, Centennial and Amarillo. The label carries the Brewers Association independent seal.
A woodcut-style landscape dominates the center of the label, depicting a winding path through a forested valley with hop bines climbing the left edge and evergreen trees framing a distant vista of mountains and sky in cream and pale yellow tones. The composition is symmetrical and framed vertically, with the brewery's red oval badge at the top and the beer name in cream serif type at the bottom, set against a dark forest-green ground. The palette is restricted to cream, pale yellow, dark green, and red, with the illustration rendered in the characteristic bold lines and tonal separation of traditional relief printing.
