From the label“Soft biscuit notes support aromas redolent of ripe pineapple and citrus with a clean crisp finish. Lager fermentation minimizes the impact that yeast have on beer flavor. Our India-style Pale Lager explorations will leverage this reality to discover the subtlety inherent in the flower we call hops.”
