From the label“Lager fermentation minimizes the impact that yeast have on beer flavor. Our India Pale Lager explorations will leverage this reality to discover the subtlety inherent in the flower we call hops. Soft biscuit notes support aromas redolent of ripe pineapple and citrus with a clean crisp finish.”
