From the label“We ain't afraid of no ghosts. People who reheat fish in the office microwave? Maybe. But, ghosts? Not so much. Thanks for picking up this can; clearly you have good taste and/or an attraction to shiny objects! By holding this can, you have inadvertently formed a bond with it and imprinted a piece of your soul inside. Putting the can down may cause emotional damage to the contents; causing it to act out against future drinkers. Please keep your new friend cold and consume fresh for maximum happiness! Dispose of empty husk in recycling bin. No tears, it had a rich fulfilling life with you and nobody can take that away.”

About this beer
This is the 4th of 5 labels we have from Alvarium Beer Company. It is one of 73 fruited sour labels approved in August 2026. Its label was approved 1 day after it was submitted. The label carries the Brewers Association independent seal.
A lime-green melting skull dominates the centre of the label, its features rendered in dripping, organic forms and surrounded by electric purple lightning bolts that radiate outward across a dark ground. Below the skull sits a small overturned laboratory beaker or vessel with yellow-and-black striping, tethered to the skull by a thin electrical wire. The composition balances the grotesque central image with typography and marketing copy positioned along the left and right edges, and regulatory text anchored at the bottom.
