The artwork

A pen-and-ink illustration dominates the label, depicting a snarling bear's head surrounded by horned figures, winged creatures, and ornamental foliage in a dense, interlocking composition. The bear occupies the centre, rendered in bold cross-hatching with sharp detail, while mythological or folkloric characters crowd around it—including what appear to be horned demons or satyrs and several birds with extended wings. The entire scene is rendered in black ink on a light grey-cream ground, with the band name "Boundary Stone" positioned above in a heavily blackletter-influenced decorative typeface. Regulatory and brewery information frames the composition on all sides, and the bottom edge carries the ABV and volume in small gothic type.

“Celebrating 15 years of Boundary Stone. Conceived over pints at El Honesto Mike's metal bar in Chile, so you know where this beer's head is at! Our friends at Atlas were the obvious choice: bonds forged over metal shows, barrel aged beers, and X-mas toy drives inspired this style and this can. Art by Rob Nuse, a metal lean on German folklore and the famed Barrel Aged Pearl Prost to 15 years. Beware the Schwarzbär!”
