The artwork
A woodcut-style grapefruit dominates the left side of the label, rendered in yellow and deep red with cross-hatching and bold linework, nestled in a woven basket with a red spiral motif at its crown. The right panel features an enormous close-up cross-section of grapefruit flesh, cut into red and white in a concentric spiral pattern. Both panels sit on a bright red ground with diagonal yellow striations suggesting motion or energy.
