The label is dominated by a dense, hand-drawn crosshatch pattern in black lines covering the full front in bright green, creating the texture of grass or vegetation. Large white lettering reading "FUZZY GREEN" sits centered in the composition, with "CUCUMBER IPA" in smaller white caps positioned lower. The brewery name and emblem appear at the top in white, with a separate circular green emblem featuring two raised hands and "TIREDHANDS.COM" on the right edge.
