“Auric Sight spent 15 months resting in former red wine barrels being conditioned on 1,000 pounds of whole blueberries and blackberries. Extended barrel aging lends subtle oak and vinous nuance, setting a refined backdrop for the juicy dark berry flavors. The result is a vibrant expression, where layers of tartness, richness, and brightness harmonize in every sip.”
