A landscape scene dominates the upper half: layered mountains in teal and navy rise beneath a sky of white clouds, yellow-orange bands, and teal, with silhouetted evergreen trees in dark red and yellow clustered on the slopes. Below this, the beer name appears in large, horizontally-banded letters with a chromatic-shift effect, stacked across the centre in white with cyan and red separation lines. A cabin silhouette in dark blue sits at the base of the mountains. The Appalachian Mountain Brewery roundel in red and cream anchors the top centre. The full label is printed in a mid-century modern style with flat colour fields and visible horizontal line texture throughout.
