From the label“Golden Ale Fermented in Oak Foeders with Spontaneous Microbes. Attaining the Strength of a Golden Ale, this beer is aged in oak foeders with wild yeast and bacteria. Candied walnuts and dried fruit notes add complexity during the long conditioning period. Caramel and oak aromas meld with the subtle funk of wild fermentation to create a car or creature in midwintry health problems.”
