This filing went on record 20 November 2019, before the beer reached a shelf. Every week's new filings, read and delivered Tuesday morning.
This is the 4th of 7 label filings we hold from TRVE Brewing Co. It is one of 38 wild / brett / lambic-style labels approved in November 2019. It cleared 30 days after it was filed. The label carries barrel-aged on the front.
From the label“Golden Ale Fermented in Oak Foeders with Spontaneous Microbes. Attaining the Strength of a Golden Ale, this beer is aged in oak foeders with wild yeast and bacteria. Candied walnuts and dried fruit notes add complexity during the long conditioning period. Caramel and oak aromas meld with the subtle funk of wild fermentation to create a car or creature in midwintry health problems.”
